ConstantUrgency.com is operated by InfoTilt, Inc., and this page describes what that company does with your data.
Short version: we store what the app needs to work, we don't sell it, and there is no advertising or third-party tracking on this site.
What is stored
- Your account — the name you chose, your email address, and your password after it has been hashed. Hashing is one-way: nobody can read your password back out, including administrators.
- Your tasks — their text, priority, category, dependencies, who wrote each one, who closed it and when.
- Your alert settings — your mobile number and carrier if you have asked for text alerts, and the times you want to be told about critical work.
- Technical records — the IP address a registration came from, and counts of failed sign-in attempts. Both exist to stop abuse and are cleared automatically.
Who can see it
Your tasks are visible to the people in your organization and to nobody else. Organizations are isolated from one another. Administrators of your organization can see the list, manage people and trigger password resets, but cannot read anyone's password.
Email and text messages
Your email address is used to confirm your account, reset your password, and send the alerts you asked for. If you enable text alerts, your mobile number is used to send them — through your carrier's email-to-SMS gateway, or through a paid SMS provider if your installation is configured for one.
Cookies
One cookie, which keeps you signed in. There are no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, and no third-party trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google to fetch them.
Getting your data out, or deleted
Export everything yourself at any time from the File tab, in JSON, CSV or plain text. To have an account and its data removed, ask an administrator in your organization, or email us.
Changes
If this page changes materially, the date at the top changes with it.
